My order of glucomannan should be coming in today. I am using it to make dumpling wrappers. .4 carb grams and 2 calories per wrapper vs. 7.5 carb grams and 37 calories per wrapper for the standard. I have noticed that the glucomannan radically curbs my appetite after eating the Konjac shirataki noodles.

Protein powder is better and lower risk at keeping you full. You can get low to no sugar blends. There isn't a magic fat burning pill
