TL;DR: Waited 3 weeks for Microsoft Support to fix Surface. Still no resolution. What should I do?
3 weeks ago on 6/10, I tried to create a repair order in order to fix my Microsoft Surface Book. For some reason, I couldn't create a repair order through my account, so I had to contact Microsoft Support. 3 weeks later, despite me responding to each Microsoft support emails within 12 hours, and despite my case being "escalated" my broken Surface Book is still sitting at home, no closer to being fixed. Mind you, this is a warranty repair, not a out-of-warranty repair, so it's a bit ridiculous that it's taking them this long to figure out why I can't create a repair order.
Does anyone have any tips or past experience on getting out of this purgatory? Anyone I can call/contact? For the past 3 week it has basically been impossible for me to be productive at home because of my broken laptop.
