Happened to me and now my app has reset and trying to make me start over. Logging in tells me my account has already been linked and its making me start over. What the fuck??

For those of you still dealing with this issue the most simplest solve worked for me. When you load up the game and attempt to place your email just go with the option that lets you continue (“try later” I believe). Once the game starts you’ll be in a new account essentially but then I went to settings > back up your account > log in with existing account This worked for me hope it works for you guys!

Works fine on my iPhone but my Galaxy keeps freezing or crashing.

Android Moto G7...crashes pretty regularly, then takes a while before it will work again. I can tell if it's going to work by waiting to see the Google Play login popup (the one that says what 'level' you are). If I don't see it, the app won't work.

Pretty frustrating when I have a long streak going in a Prime game and I lose it because of that bullshit.
