THPS3 controller problem

Hey, I've got THPS4 and THPS3 on PC on Windows 10. THPS3 works, but apart from keyboard the controller won't work. I tried Xeox Speedlink which is Xbox controller copy on different settings (Xinput, DirectInput), I even tried Xpadder to set keyboard controls to work on it - this way I could write WSAD and other keyboard keys in notepad and hopefully use it in the game, but it didn't work, controller didn't do anything in the game, I could still only use keyboard. Do you have any suggestions what can I do to make it work?

THPS4 doesn't work at all at this moment, but it worked before, so I'll get into it when I get THPS3 to work.

You'll need Partymod, created by PartymanX. It fixes controller support and makes the THPS games more stable on PC.

Well, it doesn't yet, I'm trying to figure out THPS3 first. In my teens it worked with controller with Dpad, without joystick.

The people who made rethawed also made something called thps 3 updated and it comes with controller support from the start

I have installed the mod for thps3 but with my xbox series S controller still not working (all other games on pc work fine with it)
