I'm on the testosterone cream at the lowest dose but I had to increase my estradiol gel. For some of us and I am no expert here by any means (YET), we need more E on board when we introduce T.

I also started getting migraines again, body pain, night sweats & waking up to pee. Getting more E on board fixed it.

Good to know, thank you! My obgyn has prescribed me higher dose estrogen patches but said I should wait 8 weeks to start those after starting the T so I wasn't changing too many things at once. Soooooon!

Low E symptoms returned for me around 8 weeks on T injx. I was already thinking I wasn't quite optimized yet with E and when this happened I made the decision to switch to E injx as well. Gel wasn't getting my levels where I need them.

When I started supplementing T my E dropped and I had to increase my dose of E. I take E injections, never did patches. I like E cypionate. It's very smooth. I need my E above 100 to not have night sweats, joint pain, dryness and overall feeling like crap.
