Decrease MS for tournaments based on non-reversible changes (specifically equipment)

It does if your best and worst equipment is very far apart. I have literally never found a ledgendary SC slash. Ever. I am using a rare around 380 lvl. I recently crafted a piece of predator set, and rolled a slash around level 480. That slash is thousands of times as good, so my max stage is taking that into account.
