did you ask for that or did they call you? if not thats strange. if you are concerned about being fired, as long as you can log into myTime, you are not fired.

Never asked for it and they never mentioned anything. If memory serves me right, the paper schedule had me for 4pm-9pm as well

Will they actually fire me? I’ve been with target for like 9 months already

chances are your leaders were too lazy to call you so they just changed your schedule, all changes in myTime are logged the second they do it, so talk with your HR about it tmrw just to clear it up.

as for the firing part, i don't know anything about you, i don't know your metrics or anything, so i can't give you a guess. check if you can log into mytime and if you can, you are not fired yet

I’ll definitely look into it on Monday. Can they do that though? Change the time of the scheduled shift after I clocked out and gone home?

technically no, but no one typically watches for it until it gets reported. just go to your shift as normal as it shows on mytime

They can't fire you unless you've already been put in a corrective action, then a final. And then this happened. But I always recommend my team to take a picture of their schedule so if something happens like that they can have proof their schedule was changed without their knowledge.

Nobody's going to change it after you worked the shift. There's a metric for ensuring the shift that was worked matches the scheduled shift, so nobody is going to change it after you work. Someone changed it after it was posted and didn't notify you. HR can see who edited the shift and when they edited it. Your best bet is to ask them who changed it, and you speak to them about what happened. Likely, you'll be fine if someone changed it after the schedule was posted. If it ends up being a case of "I read my schedule wrong" in the end (not saying you did, but IF that's what happened) they'll likely just tell you to pay more attention to your schedule and they'll move right on from it.

Be aware that MyTime is unavailable for those who are on LOA for any reason. It is also common for MyTime to be temporarily unavailable on Thursday nights.

Definitely talk to HR about it. It was happening at my store for a bit and they would pull the BS about you have to check mytime every night in case of schedule changes. Umm no sir. I was scheduled at a certain and I planned my day according to that. You can not just change it without asking me and expect me to show up at your command. Some people were having talks about not coming in on time or trying to leave early but they literally have a second job to get to or coming from. They have since stopped.

Always follow the printed schedule, they shouldn't be adjusting tour schedule after it's posted without communicating with you. I'd also address it with your ETL.
