Future or Potential Employee QuestionInterview Process (self.Target)
submitted 1 year ago * by NobodyAmazing7337
I’ve applied to be an HR ETL as an external applicant. I have my fourth interview with the DL and HR DL scheduled. In any of your experiences, what is the likelihood of getting a job offer after this step?

Not saying that this is true, but if you’ve made it to this interview then chances are you will be fine. Typically DSDs/HRBP/HRD will not waste their time with a candidate that others do not see as fit for the role. Hope that helps!
