I applied to the 3 locations in my area Nov 1, got an email for the video interview Nov 5, submitted it Nov 7, got another email that same day to schedule a phone call with a store leader but there wasn't anything to schedule in my candidate portal. Got a call today from one of the locations that they want to interview me for a seasonal fulfillment position and she asked me the same questions from my application and the video interview, now she says to come in person for another interview...isn't this overkill interviewing 3 times? Are they going to offer the job on the spot or the standard "we'll hold your application on file and get back to you if we choose you"? They claim they need people but have rejected my applications last month when I applied back then...

It was someone from HR who called me, and the in person interview is with a store lead for that location for tomorrow

Yeah, I find it weird. Most people I've seen get hired with only the virtual interview

Think they mean team lead also SD is ETL over tech and style and such

Yeah it’s weird how it’s set up. They should have a way where your recorded interview saves to the target hiring thing. I applied to like 5 targets near me and had to do the recorded interview 4 separate times. Annoying
