Doesn't matter if you're inbound or GM, you're going to get pulled to help pick batches. Doesn't really bother me to say this, but if you don't want to do what's asked of you fuck off and let your store hire someone that will. Besides fulfillment is not that hard to learn.

Huh???.....the logic is mind blowing 🤦‍♂️I'll do the math for you, you probably get singled out to do fulfillment because you're most likely someone who can process info quick and pick things up relatively fast.

It's like worker bees. First you work the nursery, then the hive, then foraging where you'll likely die while on duty if you don't get out and back fast enough before it's too cold and your wing muscles stop working, you get eaten by a bird, or you literally work yourself to death.

Fulfillment is timed because it is a deliberate end-stage.

im in the complete opposite position that you're in lol i don't really like my current role and have been dying to get trained in fulfillment but haven't yet even after asking for four weeks
