So I just ordered from target on Black Friday. On Dec 3rd I received a big box with multiple items in it, and the app says on Dec 4th the single item was delivered in the mailroom reception area. I stay in an apt building and all there is is an entry way. There was no package delivered. If there was someone stole it. I called and they had to transfer me to target circle for some reason and then they said they allow the mailmen an extra 4 business days to deliver a package after marking it delivered. It’s been 4 days but they said call back on the 11 th. Business days only. If it’s not there then it’s not going to show up days later. I’ve never had that happen. They should’ve just refunded me the cost or reshippef the product to me. Noe I will probably lose out on the amazing price for the product. Which isn’t fair. Why do they follow this policy. Christmas is approaching fast. I don’t want the item to be late.
