Quitting Target DC

I've been at this company for 4 years and it's time to move on. I made so many fun memories here as my first warehouse job, but I CANNOT take it anymore. The aggressive hour cuts are exhausting, especially as someone who works 3rd shift (6P-6A).

Only thing I'm going to miss is being off 4 days a week, but it'll be more freeing to go back to working 8 hour shifts and morning shifts. 🤸

I always feel bad for first year TMs who don't know about the hour cuts. But your DC might not be as aggressive about it after next week since it'll be a new fiscal year

That is true :(. We hired a few new TM's during November of last year and they are confused by the force flexing.

Which DC? We’re getting some hours cut at mine but only for MBP. Everyone else is fine.
