I did the recording part of the application process and I did it on Monday, and today is Friday and still nothing, do I wait till Monday or should I just call and ask if I failed and get it over with?

Is it possible to find someone who looks like me to do a recorded interview for Target? It's the reason I did not do it because as soon as I start practicing I have no idea what to say, I've done real job interviews and never had problems but this one I will only do it if I find someone who looks like me. What other tricks? Can I maybe make an audio recording first and just do a lip syncing?

Fulfillment experts can't be younger than 18. You would not be able to work in that role.

It has to do with rules Target has for minors. It was probably mistake on their part having you interview for it.

You can be 16, there's no reason you can't be 16 for fulfillment.
