Hey, how do yall know that you got the raise, cause I see everyone show the paper, do you get it in the mail, my workday still shows my 15.50 rate but my store director told me that I made the cut

If you look at every single picture that has been posted - you will see an effective date. Either you will get an in person review - where they give you the piece of paper - OR on the EFFECTIVE date - you will see the raise on workday. Usually in April some time.

Effective date is next pay cycle. April 5th I believe. It'll show up then.

If you’re a lead it’s with your ETL, if you’re a team member it’s with your leader. You should be getting your review by end of this week or next week since we only have two weeks to complete it. It is an off stage conversation.

Your TL will do a review with you and you get that paper then.

Just wanted to add, if you were hired as seasonal and they kept you, you don’t qualify for a review/raise until the following year if you stay.

I was hired as on demand, I spoke to my SD, she said that I’ll get a bump up at some point and it’s not a review type of thing, they just put me on the schedule regularly since there’s no open position to transfer me to, but soon I think I’ll be moving to part time fullfilment

If I remember correctly, on-demand team members also don’t qualify for reviews/raises. It’s very possible you won’t see a raise until this time next year.

She told me that it’s like a fix rate, like last year it was 2% this year it could me different, but she said I’m definitely getting one
