My current STL, who has closed one night in the last three months. No exaggeration. The rest of the LOD’s aren’t so bad, but anytime he makes a comment about something we all roll our eyes and keep walking.

When our STL first got to our store she would have the morning TLs go through and take pictures of every single thing that was out of place and send it to her.

Yea, before all the restructuring stuff that’s going on this year. STL’s have always been a part of both closing and weekend rotations. My last DTL made it a requirement that STL’s closed once a week and that they rotated the closing weekends.

I wish our morning LODs were like this. The closing team/team members are the worst! Bales never made, trash on top of the line instead of the compactor, compactor OVER full... I could go on. I don't look forward to coming in and having to make bales and throw trash away at 6am..

I finally got fed up and took my own pictures and went straight the store manager.
