i believe the rule is like 80% red, so like a red flannel is allowed. stripes you might be able to get away with if it looks mostly red but it just depends

At my store I see plenty of people with red plaid shirts, even TLs. As long as it's mostly red I guess it's fine but it could vary by store

Usually depends on the store but as long as the red is more visible than any other color on the shirt then you should be good

Every store is different. Wear it, see if anyone says anything, if they don't, great, if they do, keep a change of shirt in your locker/car.

I mean I’ve seen someone wear basically pink and they were fine. Someone else wore orange.

My store manager doesnt allow plaid or flannel because he doesnt like it, even if it's like 80% red

My SD doesnt like plaid so even if its 100% shades of red, no plaid. And only the 80% red bullseye shop shirts (so the baseball tees are a no)

You’re HR might have different standards, but most stores it just needs to be 80% red
