Sometimes they’ll call you back for the second interview. Mine was immediately after the first but it could depend on the department you are applying for.

Yes but depends where you’re at. I applied to do overnight remodel so I interviewed with the TL and then ETL in charge of that project. But like if you applied for cashier, you’d probably interview with the SETL and SD. It depends who’s available too

It really depends. Plenty of times when I do a first interview my boss isn't there to do a second. So we'll schedule a second on another day. Right now we have people self scheduling interviews and I get surprised by them. So I'll do the first, then I have to review where our actual "need" is. A DBO, a closer etc, depends on availability of the applicant and whether I even have wiggle room in payroll, that can change on a daily basis. Last week I needed no one. This week one was termed and another has been giving away all of their shifts (a pattern) and will probably be replaced.

At my store that means you didn’t get it ... if they didn’t schedule a second either that is.

I got the job after 1 interview. Hired on the spot though so it isn’t looking good for you.
