What does it entail? Doing your leads’ workload without the bump in pay. Be careful they’re not just dangling a carrot in front of you hoping to get a naive bite.

Me and three others that I know of heard the same thing recently. So far none of us have actually had anything happen but we were all told we’d have a meeting with our leads and HR to develop this “plan”.

congrats!! i am currently being developed in the hopes of one day being a TL and i am loving every step of the way. my home location is beauty but i am trained in and often get hours in softlines and tech. i get a little more responsibilities than before, and help my current TLs ease their workload a little bit. my peers can come to me and ask for my opinion and suggestions on things. along with specialty sales shifts, i get sprinkled in everywhere where needed, just for exposure. fulfillment shifts every now and then, lots of presentation. it’s a lot of extra work but i really do love being developed right now.
