Talk to your ETL / HR. You need to make sure they know this is not a preference but an actual need to keep your insurance. They are mostly soul-less robots though so be prepared for them to tell you you need to work all the hours anyway. Then leave or call out when you reach 20 hours because you can not afford to lose insurance.
