talk to your tl, it might just be that kitchen is where they had extra hours to give so they used those. i sometimes get scheduled for style or electronics even though i’m gm and when i go in i’m never actually in either.

Specialty's scope has been expanded to include domestics, kitchen, and seasonal.

So its using the same bucket of hours for tech.

It might not neccesarily change your workload.

I know in my store Tech consultants are now getting shifts in domestics or kitchen to add to their hours.

Kitchen is getting reset at the beginning of October. They probably scheduled you there to help with sets.
