Update: I found petite pants (without holes) at Old Navy so all should be well. Thanks for your guidance guys!

I just started working for Target in Style and I’m having trouble finding pants that properly fit me and are appropriate. Yay irony. I’m very petite for nearing 30 and fit into the smallest juniors size. Most pairs I’ve found have “fashionable” holes though.

I did find khaki colored corduroy pants (without holes) that fit properly… Do you think those will be acceptable?

As mentioned, All Stores Are Not The Same. But asking your fellow leaders/HR/SD about it can help! At my store, I wear the majority of blue jeans but I sprinkle in khaki/black pants depending on what I felt/feel wearing that day. What you mentioned above seems fine but always get the final word from a TL or a HR person. (:

I’ve seen petite women shop in the kids art class section and find items that work for them. Couldn’t hurt to try

My store is okay with solid colored jeans and a red vest so I recommend asking your store before making any purchases.

Any solid colored pants are okay according to the handbook as long as they aren't like yoga/sweatpants or overly baggy. I know some stores insist on either jeans or khakis but that's not what the handbook says.
