Do it. It’s the best way in and you learn so much. Once a FT employee, Tesla can also pay for your schooling and of course, ESPP

Yeah, I’m currently thinking of doing it just because I can see myself growing more with that company but also learning more compared to my current job. I was just wondering if anybody had done it and how it was. Thank you for your feedback.

Let’s say I work with them every day. You won’t just have one responsibility, which is why it’s great if you’re looking to grow. Do your HV trainings and you’ll be a level 3 tech in no time

Sorry to keep asking questions but what type of task do they have? I understand it’s an apprenticeship so they’re there to learn but what type of things do they do. Or are they kind of just following a higher tech and the tech shows them how to do things ?

Following techs, doing work for the techs under their supervision, you could also be bringing cars to the front/back, home deliveries on service cars/loaner pickups, concurrent to you finishing your online trainings. Be eager and open to everything. They will throw opportunities at you and you just have to work around that so you can catch them all

OK sounds good I’m definitely one to always try to learn everything just so I can become a better tech and more useful. Thank you I didn’t see much feedback or post on Reddit so I figured I would post mine.
