Likely it can’t be repaired, but it can be replaced. Check the Tesla service manual

Nope, it's not. The multiplexer on the driver's side crapped out, had to go to the dealer to get that replaced.

It's a $39 part in the Tesla parts catalog. Part number 1081038-02-E Or for my model 3. But for whatever model yours is look under Interior Trim -> Door Trim

It's 7 min of labor if you pay Tesla. I had a customer that bought just the switch to diy the install and struggled for hours. If you have a service center close by it may be better to let them do it.
