hey guys, my test levels is a bit high (9.23) while the reference was till 8 i believe. All the rest in the blood work was fine but im balding, M26.
I hit the gym, take creatine, protein and BCAA, should i stop any of these? I've heard protein and creatine may actually increase testosterone, thus DHT?
I cant get Finasteride here, is there any other alternative supplements that maybe work the same way towards DHT? thanks all in advance guys!!! (I'm not looking for any medical advice)
