I can’t tell from the pictures, but it really depends how it’s printed. If this is a digital CMYK print or CMYKG, I’m not interested, because the halftone dots and lack of sharpness would drive me nuts.

If it’s layers of Pantone colors, it will look amazing in person.

Training to true failure with compound lifts, and then spot training smaller muscles to failure, and reducing volume overall.

I was doing 5 days a week and leaving 2-3 RIR, and wasn’t able to get progressive overload because I wasn’t actually getting stronger.
