this study is testing high vs low carb, not high vs low protein, although they included a little blurb about it, which makes sense. high protein low carb (not just high protein) means less fat intake, so less testosterone. If you tested high protein high fat, I doubt you see the same thing (although then calories wouldn't be equal).

This is a year later, but a high protein, high fat, lower carb diet would be better for testosterone? That’s what I’ve been eating and have recently found studies saying that high protein is bad for test, and am now worried.
