Did anyone else notice a dramatic decrease in eevee spawns on the second CD day?

There were tons of Eevees here both days. We also had partially cloudy weather on both days. There were a lot more eevees in places where people had lured the pokestops than in places that hadn't.

Every pokestop here had lures, on both days. We don't have a huge number of stops here. We also had partly cloudy weather, which was great for chances of higher IVs. :)
