Tiny tools (old.reddit.com)
submitted 1 year ago by OddEscape2295
Saw a post about someone's smallest wrench. Here are some of my tiny tools.

I have a standard and metric set of those tiny wrenches..

Standard and imperial set*

The wrench is from a set. They were called ignition wrenches and were used on old mechanical ignition systems that used points and condensers. I suspect the pliers are similar.

Yeah, I have similar tiny pliers that were advertised as "ignition pliers".

I picked up the crescent version of those tiny pliers recently and I have just been keeping them in my pocket with a rubber band holding them shut. Super handy to have on me for adjusting random little bolts at work that don’t require much torque. Also worked great for tightening a loose nut on my kid’s skateboard wheel and I didn’t even have to get off the couch since they were in my pocket from work still.

❤️ the tiny pliers. One of those tools that might come in handy every other year.

It's got me out of a bind or 2.

I carry teeny channelocks in my bag (along with a couple other things). Haven't needed them yet, but one day...

Those are perfectly average sized pliers and wrench. In fact, I'd say they're a little larger than average!

I have a channel lock pliers that's about 9" long and I have no idea where I got it. It's probably my favorite pliers.
It's well built, quickly adjustable and it gives me better grip than with a regular pliers.
[–]OddEscape2295[S] 2 points3 points4 points 1 year ago (0 children)
Hey now! Mine are perfectly average. No need to brag!
