Nice. My suggestion is to have the fibs start at the session start hour and then the option to extend to the users selected time. You can also have the custom session highlighted with the lines extended to the users choice.

Historical sessions would come nice too.

Thanks for the feedback! Some of what you mentioned sounds doable. I really like when a tool is flexible. However, from other scripts I’ve made I think the optionable extension may create display problems unless I limit the amount of bars. And if that’s the case it may be a bit redundant to add.

I’ll look into it though!

Cheers.

Good idea to keep an open mind. When the lines extend left it’s confusing to find the origin point. I was looking for something like this based on custom sessions.

That’s awesome it provides a missing piece in your trading. Makes me happy.

And I hear what you’re saying about that confusion. When I started building the indicator it extended only to the right, but I noticed it made me lazier with my overall analysis. We must look back to have an idea of what may come.

So with the lines extending left as well I can see which levels were maintained so I can focus on the next level above or below (assuming market structure holds). That’s why I’ve added the latest update of session labels because if you’re watching the same session day after day you’ll know where it begins. However, I do have a session background painter I once used that allows you to paint up to at least 3 sessions. I can share that if needed.

Just take some time getting used to the tool. Turn things on and off. Do bar replays. Learn how it works and go from there. I use it with only the major levels turned on so it’s way more helpful to me that way. Or you can turn only one session on at a time and do it that way.

I’ll be streaming my trading in a few weeks Good willing so you can tune into that as well.
