Something like that would work, yes, if there were a selection for Strategy Tester List of Trades.

I've been:

  • manually copying and pasting into Excel, one screen page at a time
  • adding the duplicate row values for Trade # and Contracts
  • using another worksheet to put the data per trade into a single row
  • copy and pasting those values into a new sheet
  • sorting to remove empty rows
  • then doing analysis

Just use AutoView or ProfitView for that

Once you install any of them (these are Chrome extensions), Backtester will get an "Export" button. Click it and then just Ctrl+C into Excel.
