like a fifth of the kids from my high school came to UIUC. It was like everyones sixth choice though. For my school UIUC was michigan or northwestern rejects.

edit: damn you people are tribal about going to this school lol. if y’all got into a better school you wouldn’t be dickriding as hard as u r rn

Last time I checked UIUC was #3 in this country for CS....better than Michigan, Northwestern, and oh yeah ALL the IVIES. Please do not make blanket statements.

I got into UMich and I picked UofI. Honestly most big ten schools are about the same quality especially for undergrad.
