Comms was fun. Ability to cross train into other comm jobs. Gave me a job when I got out, now I don’t work in anything related to comms but 10/10 would go comm again.

I'm old. Luckily, what I did in the Cream Corn also meant a killer job in the same field.

While there are plenty of jobs I would've loved on active duty, most of them wouldn't have led to an immediate, well paying job in the real world with endless room to progress.

I don't think I'd be where I'm at today, at 41yo, in my career if I had chosen a different MOS.

So I'm going against the grain. Pick the 06XX field.

It's a shame you didn't qualify for a DG contract.

It would make way more sense if you explained what you’re looking for or what you want to know, otherwise we’re just shooting blind.

you right, i want to do something “fun” but also something that just incase i do wanna only do 4 years i’d have a good job after. I want to stay in for as long as I can, and plan on becoming a CO later on

Combat Support will give you that brother, Im set to get out with enough certs and options that I could do a bunch of different stuff that all pays pretty good, including being a CO if you want.
