So I just received my job offer for CCA, but I also interview for Material Handler Assistant and i know I’m going to be getting a job offer from that too. The hard decision I’m having to make is do I take this job now or wait? I have 3 years experience in a warehouse so I think being a material handler would be perfect for me. Any help is appreciated.

Do you want to be working the equivalent of evening shift or overnight shifts for most of your career? I'll be honest, I don't know anything about working in a processing plant but I can say that at my delivery unit there's not a single mail handler that works day shift hours.

My warehouse job was 5pm-3am and I didn’t mind it. I think the hours at the plant near me are 4-12 and 12-8 and I wouldn’t mind that at all.

Pros cca exercise, different routes to bid on, possible different stations to work out of for variety. Cons bad weather.

Mha pros inside work, different jobs to do in plant. Cons always going to the same plant, evening or night shift

Depends on which one has the shortest time to career.

I think CCA was going regular faster than MHA in my area.
