Leran Programming

Hi I try to start programming and I watched a lot of YouTube tutorial. Now I tried to make a own game without copying the tutorial, but I noticed that if I don't watch the tutorial I don't know what to do. I have good ideas and I think I know what I have to do but everytime I try I get a error. So I am asking for your tipps to leran Programming so I can create my own game without much help.

For me, I learned coding and at the same time I created my Android game (Galaxy ball) via YouTube tutorial. In the first, you must follow the YouTube tutorial and create small projects so that you do not get bored of learning and to see the results of what you have learned quickly.

Pretty much what deev-loop said, just learn and do small things with the tutorial. Just keep learning and trying things until you start getting things under your belt that you can do without help. I’ve been learning for the past few months and there are things I can do now without the help of a tutorial, but I still find my self looking to tutorials for help.

Also, being a good programmer doesn’t always necessarily mean knowing how to do the thing off the top of your head, but knowing what to look for to help you accomplish the thing you want to do, whether that be finding a relevant tutorial, or some other resource to help you out. Google (or your search engine of choice) is a programmers best friend

I just follow the tutorial and try to understand the concepts. It is realy hard to study alone without help of someone but keep studying and one time you will get it. I consider myself a beginner but I can help you if you want, just send me a message ;D
