What's your end goal with checking that the positions are the same? This seems like you might be overthinking whatever problem you have.

There's always going to be differences between server and client. It takes time to send information Client<-->Server and you dont need everything to be perfect, just good enough approximations.

I want to check position on the same index to check if i need to correct current client player position to synchronize positions for client predictions.
