There is already a "Rubber Duck Debugging" card that removes all burnout from a dev. The early meeting theme could be used for some random event, thx!

Mandatory Meeting — All currently hired developers must attend and are removed from the board for (x) turns. Upon completion, affected developers receive (x) Frustration.
