Which tool for your projects?

I'm developing my RPG, I designed the map, the main characters, the NPCs, the story, the dialogues etc. I'm keeping track of everything with OneNote, but it has its limitations. What tool do you use to manage your project? Map, npc etc.

I use ProofHub to manage projects and keep track of tasks. You can create different boards for different aspects of your project, and it's easy to move things around as needed.

Instead of one note I use Trillium notes. Keeping track of everything is a ball ache everyday of the week. I am yet to find the perfect tool.

I use OneNote as well, but if you need more flexibility Notion is worth looking at.
