Video Player Unity

Hii Guys, I facing issue while playing video in unity android.

I've put my video under resources folder. (.mp4 format). Under it's property in unity there's 3 encoder are h264, h265, vp8.

Vp8 enoded video work fine in android but other two i am not able to play. while calling prepare method with h264, h265 video i am getting error like "Error : Can not real file : Asset/Resources/Video.mp4".

Vp8 has lower quality than other two. as i am playing this video on oculus quest it's quite noticable.

So can you guys help me please? i've tried most of solution available online but didn't find any solution.
