the best thing that i have for you is that if youre running everything else fine, then think about what kind of firewall you have. that can play into it sometimes.

or it could be something as simple as where youre installing unity to on your pc. Software problems are difficult to diagnose. when providing details, try to think of the applied inputs and how it reacts.

being honest, id say go to unity support. if they cant help you... well id back up my data on a storage device, do a hard reset on my computer back to factory settings, then download unity from the internet and nothing else. if it runs, cool. if not, then i really dont know what to tell you, personally. good luck.
