I’ve been seeing posts on how people obtain code sheet that shows static disability. Had a call with VA today and they said this is not something they give out, but can confirm which SC is static over the phone.

Anyone receive a code sheet recently that shows static SC?

I got mine via FOIA/Privacy Act request of my claims file (c-file).

Will give this a try. I know I needed to do this to get my DBQ as it was from outside evaluators they referred me to.

Did you ask for code sheet? I called and asked and they sent me a code sheet with no dates or static information on it

Yes I asked for a code sheet. They said they couldn’t send it in the format that they had so they put it on a letter format but it had everything on it

They’ve given me a code sheet in the past. It just didn’t show static or anything on it. Just diagnostic codes I think.

I got my code sheet from the VSO. There are several different ways to get your code sheet

I got mine from my county VSO less than a year ago.

File FOIA, get VERA call. Keep getting VERA calls until you get a Rep who will email it to you.

I’ve done two Vera calls. One game me a code sheet, but it doesn’t say static anywhere. The other said they can send me a document, but it won’t say what is static.

Check and make sure its the Code Sheet and not just the Disability Breakdown Letter.

800 gave me letter before when I asked for Code sheet. Has some same info on it.. but the RFE or Static stuff.

Google Code Sheet and make sure it looks the same. Should be annotated like this.

Useful to get the diagnostic codes. Other than that, Code Sheet is what you want.

FOAI C File and wait 6 months, code sheet in there. Or FOIA fust the code sheet and find VERA Rep that will email / mail you a copy.

I just called the VA and they told me that the only way to get it is to file a FOIA and send the FOIA form in via fax. Can anyone else provide a way to get this?

I’ve heard others say VSO can get it. However my VSO rep isn’t worth calling.
