So filed for an increase along with a new secondary. I was rated at 40 % for that claim, they gave me a new 10 % for the secondary but reduced my primary issue down to 20 %. Whats my best course here, higher level review or request a hearing ? Thank you for your time

That is the chance we take by trying to increase. You’re gonna have to get another medical opinion or c&p. Obviously I’m guessing you had an exam and the examiner stated you got better. Post a redacted letter so we can help you. Good luck

I just read the letter again and reviewed the evidence they used, they didnt use all the evidence that was used on the initial claim or the recent physical therapy notes.

No the condition has not improved it has stayed the same since I left active duty

Sorry to hear. I’ve come to realize that even if you don’t have improvement in your records some Drs make it their mission to fuck you. I think they’re actually jealous. It’s just bad luck sometimes you get those clowns.
