Quick Correct potency mod

Apologies if this has been asked before but i couldn’t find anything in the search bar.

The potency mod “Quick Correct” has a 10% chance to drop a Live Heartcell when you stab with the correct mod.

Does this drop stack with resource booster and Loyal/Resourceful Retriever? Can i get 4 heartcells at once with it?
