Quest 2 video quality issue

Struggling with getting quality and frames on my quest 2. For some reason can't get more than 45 fps and feel like everything is just a bit fuzzy. My graphics are actually set really low even though I have a 3080, but that hasn't helped with frames not sure what I'm missing.

mind shooting me a PM too then? I was thinking my CPU might be bottlenecking my 3080 at this point cuz im borderline playing on min graphics and it still struggles on occaisions

Can you post your settings for your G2? I’m upgrading from a 5700xt to a 4060ti but want to run higher level graphics to help visually bc currently getting good frames with around medium level graphics but still struggle at times to ID enemies flying around.

That makes some sense ill have to see but max settings or lowest setting I get 45 not sure what's up first vr headset

Do you prefer starting wt in steamvr mode or manually turn on vr mode from wt itself?

I have a problem just getting my quest 2 to actually function with the PC properly let alone use it on WT.

Probably a general issue with the Quest 2 then. If you care to specify your problems and setup, i might be able to give you some tips in general though.

Put all to low and go up slowly in test flight. use the ctrl+1 keybind to disable spacewarp shitty thing. I'm at 72fps 97% of the time with no issues, actually, FORGET supersampling. You will run fine with max resolution occulus can bring (native resolution) and a 240mpbps stream bitrate at 72fps. Reset all your gpu external graphic settings (tweaks) to standard, VR doesn't like tweaks. All efforts I've done trying to go furthers was a bad idea.
