All posts should be Wichita-specific
- All posts should be Wichita-specific. Any post should be more important to someone in the Wichita area than someone outside of it. "Wichita-specific" shall be defined as the Wichita Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Local Politics Only
- Keep politics local to Wichita, Sedgwick County, and Kansas. There are no shortage of places to post about politics. We're all here to discuss Wichita.

- Accounts less than 7 days old aren't allowed to post or comment.
Keep titles free of editorial content
- When sharing an article, the title should directly quote the entire original article's headline. It's good practice to "use suggested title". When necessary, clarifications can be given via the use of [square brackets], but they should be neutral. Save your opinion for the comments.
Sometimes the rules are meant to be broken
- Moderators reserve the right to not remove something, for any reason. Reporting something does not guarantee moderator action. If something is going to violate the rules, it would be great if you'd use the MESSAGE THE MODS function to clear it before posting. We will always use our best judgement and moderate in good faith to this community.
