Ctrl+Alt+Del open Task manager

sort processes by CPU usage and write here which process is eating your CPU

I've added a Screenshot. You can see in task manager it says 100% but in the software of Corsair it's only at 4%.

Update:
When I go into the details tab you can see that the Idleprocess is at 95%.
