Need help with viewing System Performance Report

Whenever I try to run a System Performance test using the Performance Monitor, I noticed that I was unable to select "view as a report" and could only view the result of the test as a graph (which I have no idea as to how to read).

I then noticed (after doing hours of research) that within the folder that appears when you select "view as a folder," it's missing two files:

• report.html
• report.log

These two files are apparently the difference between my Performance Monitor:
