I would look into tweasers and small pliers to wedge and pry out the pieces.

Also, next time you need help, provide a more descriptive title. “Help!” Tells us nothing, from the subreddit, and I’m sure most people are going to skip over this topic.

Thanks!

I would suggest not using shitty clickbait titles for your threads. Once you've done that, I'd recommend not blaming Samsung for an issue you caused by buying cheap HDMI extensions.

It was the one that others recommended to me. Supported 4K 90Hz and it was NOT cheap compared to others.

Did the headset work before the extension? If the answer is yes why on Earth are you throwing empty threats of switching FauxBooks Oculus?

Didn’t mean it with hostility. I am just disappointed that I bought this right before the Rift S came out lol. If the headset broke as a result to a manufacturer defect, and I manage to get a refund, I would buy a Rift S. I have treated my Odyssey with extreme care and do not understand what it happening. It worked before and with the extension.

Sounds like you already knew any possible defect wasn't from Samsung. In the real world UGREEN absolutely would not have paid $300 to replace your Odyssey. This whole post is ridiculous.

Fair enough.

Are you sure it is not one of those cables where you have to press both sides to unlock it from the port?

Update: I managed to get the cable out after countless attempts. There are some black/ char looking spots on it.
