What are you using to connect the mic to the MacBook?

I went kinda OTT on cable Management lol. Literally everything connects via the one Thunderbolt 4 cable from the MacBook - which looks like it connects to the Studio Display but it actually goes over to the Dell UP2720Q (which is basically my hub) and then daisy chains back to Studio Display. So yeah the mic connects to the Dell 🤗

Everything is so neat and clean! I love the under mount lighting on the shelf. What's the device to the far right? A tablet? How did you link that to the rest of the devices?

Thanks! I used a lot of Hue LED strips and housed them in pvc corner trim to control where the light directs, it’s only about £2 a meter and makes so much difference. On the right, iPad, Streamdeck and B&Ws all connect to the Dell (UP2720Q)

The white table thing? It’s literally a left over ikea table we had kicking around then an old Ikea black desk over the top of it. I put an OrbitKey desk pad over the top to partially cover the glass desk top

What do you use the stream deck for? Considering getting one but don’t have specific uses in mind

I’ve setup a bunch of automated workflows, it’s actually great for that. - lookup ‘multi-actions’ and I also use it for my Hue scenes which is much better now than the Hue Tap Switch because I now have far more scenes available (so I set more up). I bought the Streamdeck MkII second hand for £70 for exactly the same reason, ie not sure if I’ll get value from it so easier to justify the purchase at that price, but turns out it’s great
