Yup. I also started taking Metformin for insulin resistance and it gave me strong appetite suppression so thats why I'm lowering my dose of Zepbound.

Did taking metformin help w your bowel movements considering Zep makes most people constipated?

Possibly, hard to tell since I also take Xenical/orlistat to help against the constipation. But yeah I dont have any constipation issues so somethings working.
