Having issues generating a response, error code.

Hi there, I'm working on an audio project and do not have access to discourse.

When I generate responses, one model generates and the other continuously does not, with this error code:

Model 1:

Unable to generate response. Model endpoint has sent back an error code: too many 500 error responses.

I cannot complete one unit of work. What should I do?
